Service

What this service does

Market Bridge HQ provides a private control portal and a separate machine-to-machine connection endpoint. It does not offer public registration, consumer payments, downloads, browser extensions, or software installation.

Separated surfaces

Administrative access and connection traffic use different hostnames and narrowly scoped routes.

Minimum access

Each approved marketing partner sees only its own users, login records, integration configuration, and test results.

Protected credentials

Integration secrets are encrypted at rest, excluded from browser output, and redacted from application logs.

Privacy

Privacy notice

We process account names, marketing partner identifiers, login outcomes, IP addresses, technical session data, and identity mapping references only to operate, secure, audit, and troubleshoot the integration service.

Authentication sessions expire automatically. Login audit records are retained for up to 180 days unless a shorter period is required by an agreement or a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. We do not sell personal information or use integration data for advertising.

Infrastructure and security providers may process limited technical data on our behalf. Access requests, corrections, deletion enquiries, and security reports should be sent through the named contact and secure channel supplied in the partner onboarding invitation.

Terms

Acceptable use

This service is available only to authorised marketing partner personnel. Users must protect credentials, complete personal 2FA enrollment, use test identities only where permitted, and avoid sharing one-time codes or API secrets through public channels.

Automated scanning, credential sharing, attempts to access another partner's data, unlawful identity processing, and use outside an approved integration are prohibited. Access may be suspended to protect users, partners, or the service.
